Bundle and Package Purchases

  • No individual courses within the bundle may have been completed
  • Access to less than 20% of the total bundle content
  • Bundle purchases cannot be partially refunded for individual courses

Non-Refundable Items

  • Live webinar or workshop sessions after the scheduled event time has passed
  • Certification examination fees

  • Custom or personalized course content created specifically for the user

  • Credit card refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • PayPal refunds are typically completed within 3 to 5 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 7 to 14 business days depending on your financial institution

Technical Issues and Access Problems

If you experience technical difficulties or access problems with our platform:

Course Access After Refund

  • All downloaded materials must be deleted
  • Certificates or credentials will be invalidated
  • Progress data will be permanently removed from our systems

Special Circumstances

Medical or Emergency Situations

In cases of documented medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances:

  • Extended access or account freezing may be offered as an alternative to refunds

Duplicate Purchases
